Our site quietly ticks over as we upload extracts from books of essays and poetry to the site in order to achieve a complete back catalogue of Clive's work. Recent updates include uploads to The Book of My Enemy and From the Land of Shadows.
As of June & July 2013
This month has seen a restructure of the Poetry section, relocating poems into their rightful homes and updating the contents for the books of Collected Poetry including Nefertiti in the Flak Tower which now has all its extracts beneath it. The latest reviews of the Divine Comedy have also been included. There are three new poems on site: Leçons des ténèbres, Event Horizon & Echo Point. In other areas: there is a new Prose Find for Howard Jacobson, a new Essay Hatchet Jobs and extracts uploaded to the essay collection From the Land of Shadows.
As of April & May 2013:
In our ongoing endeavour to recreate Books out of Print, new essays have been uploaded extracted From the Land of Shadows which you can read here. We hope to complete this book over the coming weeks. The Poetry section has been rejigged to include books that contain collections of poetry available here. This section also includes the latest reviews of The Divine Comedy.
As Of February 2013:
Quiet times for the website over the last few months as Clive continues to gather his strength but readers can expect new poetry and book details soon. Extracts from The Metropolitan Critic are now complete. There are additions to The Poetry Notebook and a transcript for Clive's acceptance of the Premier's Special Award speech.
